Circuit - 40 seconds on 20 seconds off for 20 minutes

Squats - 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Narrow Squats - 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Wide Squats - 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Squat Hold - 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds
Repeat for 20 minutes
