Birthday Workout

Happy Birthday to me! 
In honor of my birthday, here is my favorite total body workout & a special birthday playlist!

5 Barbell Push Press
5 Box Jumps
5 Decline Pushups
5 Barbell Squats
5 Dips
1 minute Rest
Complete 15 sets
Increase the weight by 10lb every 5 sets
